Schools Art Project

The SSI Schools Art Project was designed to create sculptural awarness among school children. This was achieved, partly, by visiting public sculpture in the towns and cities where they lived. Under the tuition of artists, projects were devised in their classrooms to encourage the making of, and working with, 3-dimensional objects.
